This company's products are completely food grade and have been confirmed safe. They have a list of retailers on their web sight. For reference this was their fermenters for wine and beer making. I like the 1135 and 37. They can be purchased at Target , and Walmart. At Walmart you can get one of their rectangle storage containers in the 15 gallon range for 5 bucks. So a couple wont break the bank.
