Fermentation Vessels

This is the most important. You pretty much can’t make hooch without 1 or 2. Really you need 2. They really need to be at least 6 gallons and they are easy to obtain. You can buy these from a home brew shop or off the Internet. Often overlooked however are some much cheaper options. These would be local restaurants and bakeries who will give them to you for FREE. Usually all they need is a good washing and they are FOOD GRADE Plastic. I have picked these up from Walmart and public bakeries and they always give them to me with a smile. ( I mostly use them to plant tomatoes in).
